  • You’re energetic and enthusiastic. You have had a background check.
FAQS
Q. Is there a cost?

A. Yes,$500. In order for all of our campers to attend at no cost, our volunteers pay a tuition that covers their camp expenses and partially contributes to a camper’s expenses. Applicants pay a $10 application fee per person, which does not count towards the camp tuition.

Q. What if I only have a few days to volunteer?

A. We ask that all volunteers attend the camp for the full week. This makes the logistics of running the camp smoother and ensures that we can provide the best-possible experience for our campers.

Q. What do volunteers do at CNF Wheelchair Camps?

A. As a volunteer, you’ll help our campers have a safe, fun experience. While the events and activities are wonderful, the real magic of Camp happens as relationships form. As a volunteer, you’re come to work, facilitate, and serve, but your main job is to make a whole bunch of friends. You will receive much more than you give—guaranteed.

Note: volunteers are never responsible for the toileting or medical needs of campers.

Q. What are the Camp accommodations?

CNF Camp takes place in Minnesota at Ironwood Christian Ranch and in Kentucky at Center for Courageous Kids. Both locations are beautiful and accessible. Volunteers will sleep in air-conditioned male or female cabins with bunkbeds and community bathrooms. Volunteers are responsible for their own linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels).
